The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the copy of this application has been served upon the respondent. No one appears for the respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and the case is also made out for grant of permission to bring the legal heirs of appellant on record.

Hence, application is allowed. Legal heirs of the appellant be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the appellant is not prepared with the matter on merits hence, put up this matter in the next week.
