This Application is moved for modification of the order dated 5th September, 2013 passed in Bail Application No. 1419 of 2013 in respect of attendance at Vakola Police Station on every Sunday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/accused has been attending the police station since last 21⁄2 years. The charge sheet is already filed. Hence, he seeks that this condition be modified.
