Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the office objections will be removed within four weeks from today. The statement is accepted. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dated 27th January, 2017 passed by this Court is recalled on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
