P.C. :- 1).

The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 132 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 381, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code.

It is the case of the prosecution that, the applicant while working as a domestic help with the complainant, misused the signed cheques of the complainant and withdrew an amount of Rs.18,50,000/-. The amount is already recovered by the

Hence, the bail application is allowed. In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant to attend the Investigating Officer, as and when called and shall furnish the place of abode and contact number to the Investigating Officer on an Affidavit within a period of one week from today.
