The learned AGP on instructions states that as far as the lands at village Mahape are concerned, the applicant has deposited necessary charges and accordingly a date for survey is fixed and the survey will be carried out on 15th May, 2017. On instructions, she states that as regards the lands at villages Kalwa and Vitava, the applicant has not paid the requisite survey fees and an application for survey was made yesterday. We accept the said statements. It is obvious that the

cai-42.17.odt officers of the State Government will process the application made by the applicant and will take steps to carry out survey in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible provided necessary charges are deposited by the applicant.
