The Learned Addl PP on instructions obtained telephonically from the Senior Inspector of Police Rabodi Police Station, states that investigation is complete and an appropriate report would be filed in the concerned Court within two weeks from date and the same would also be communicated to be Petitioner. It is contingent upon the report that would be filed in terms of the statement as above that the Petitioner can decide the future course of action that is required to be followed.
