By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 3rd October, 2016 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 45 of 2011. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon is deposited on 23rd August, 2017. He produces the photocopy of the receipt.

The photocopy of the receipt is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-1. In view of the above, the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed pending Appeal. 4.
