This is an application by the accused No.3 sent through the jail with a request to reduce his sentence to bear minimum. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the impugned judgment and order of conviction. The applicant has filed the Appeal challenging his conviction recorded by the Trial Court and the Appeal is already listed for final hearing. In this view of the matter, at interim stage, request for reducing the sentence to bear minimum can not be entertained. The application as such is rejected.
