Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that his client has no objection if the Hindu Marriage Petition No. A 321 of 2015 filed by the respondent before the learned Family Court, Thane is transferred to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur. Statement of the learned counsel is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, Miscellaneous Civil Application No.115 of 2016 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The learned Family Court, Thane District is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No. A 321 of 2015 to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur expeditiously. 4.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge, Senior

Hearing of the Hindu Marriage Petition No. A 321 of 2015 is expedited. 6.
