By this civil application, the applicants seek deletion of respondent no.2 who expired on 9th August, 2014 on the ground that the respondent no.2 expired without being any legal heir or representative. 3.

The statements made in the civil application are accepted. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the other respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. 4.
