Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, 3rd Court, Thane by its Order dated 9th May 2022 from the offence bearing C.R. No. 256 of 2021 registered with Wagle Estate Police Station, Thane and has been released from jail on 9th May 2022 itself.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
