Therefore, this application is restricted to brining on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 14. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners states that the respondents in this civil application have been duly served. Although, there is delay in taking out this civil application, sufficient cause is shown explaining the delay.

3] Accordingly, this civil application is allowed. Delay is condoned and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 14. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 4] Civil application is disposed of.
