Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an applications for pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.120 of 2020, registered with Pen Police Station, District Raigad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code").

While the application was listed before the Court on 18th September, 2020, this Court had granted ad-interim protection and directed to release the applicant on bail in the event of arrest. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the intervening period charge-sheet has been 1/2

9-ABA1160-2020.DOC lodged. The applicant has cooperated with the investigation and furnished the specimen hand writing to the Investigating Officer.

Since the investigation is complete for all intent and purpose and the interim protection has been in operation for almost three years, I am inclined to make the ad-interim order dated 18th September, 2020 absolute.

Hence the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) Application stands allowed.

(ii) Ad-interim order dated 18th September, 2020 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

(iii) In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

(iv) Application stands disposed.
