In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not pressing for bail application and seeks liberty to file fresh application under changed circumstances i.e. after filing of charge-sheet. In view of this, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application before Sessions Court. In case, such application is filed by the applicant, then Sessions Court is directed to decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law and on its own merits.

2) In view of the withdrawal of bail application, intervention application also stands disposed of.
