Criminal Bail Application No.2048 of 2016 was disposed of as withdrawn on 19th January, 2018 and the learned Trial Court was directed to conclude the trial in the Special Case No.8 of 2011 within nine months. It was submitted that the prosecutor, who was conducting the trial has resigned and, therefore, there was no progress in the trial.
