In view of the order passed in earlier Writ Petition No.3996 of 2015 and in view of the order passed today in Writ Petition No.2062 of 2016 we are inclined to disposed of the present application in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). However, in view of the averments so made and in view of the clarification of the order so sought we are inclined to extend time for four weeks to N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

For the reasons so stated in the affidavit, the prayer clause (c) is also granted. The order dated 01st March 2016 accordingly be corrected. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
