Heard Mr. Chavan, learned senior advocate, representing the petitioner and Mr. Hegde, learned senior advocate representing the respondents 1 to 3 (CIDCO).

The affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondents/CIDCO is taken on record.

Mr. Chavan, learned senior advocate representing the petitioner confines his prayer for issuing a direction to the CIDCO to allow the petitioner to participate in the bid process

903-WP-5044-2024 of the subject plot for which last date of submission of bid is 24th April, 2024.

Mr. Hegde, learned senior advocate, representing the CIDCO, on instructions, states that CIDCO will have no objection for participation of the petitioner in the bid process for auctioning subject plot, provided the petitioner fulfills all the requisite conditions of the tender.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of finally with a direction to CIDCO that it shall permit the petitioner to participate in the bid process for auctioning subject plot for which the last date of submission is 24th April, 2024, provided the petitioner fulfills all the requisite conditions.
