CORAM : R.M. JOSHI REGISTRAR (JUDL.-I) Date : 29th June 2016 Perusal of the order dated 9th August, 2012 shows that Writ Petition No. 188 of 2011 was restored subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai within two weeks.

The applicant was directed to submit acknowledgement of payment of costs in the Registry of this Court. It was further directed that on the basis of the same, the order dated 20th January 2011 was revoked and Writ Petition No. 188 of 2011 shall stand restored on the file of this Court.

From the noting, it appears that the Advocate for the Petitioner has not paid the costs of Rs. 2500/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai. None present for the applicant in order to clarify the said position.

As per the order of the Hon'ble Court, the Writ Petition was restored subject to payment of costs within two weeks. Since the cost has not been paid as per order, question of restoration of Writ Petition does not arise. REGISTRAR (JUDL.-I)
