Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has challenged the order dated 29/03/2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, below Ex.3 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1139 of 2023. By the impugned order, ad-interim relief in the nature of temporary anticipatory bail was refused and that the order is challenged in this Revision Application.
