The petitioner prays for expeditious trial of Sessions Case No.133 of 2015 arising out of C.R.No.17 of 2015 registered with Akkalkot Police Station.

In case the said sessions case is still pending, we direct the concerned Sessions Court to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority, who in turn, shall communicate the same to the petitioner. Copy of this order be also forwarded to the concerned Sessions Court where the petitioner's trial is going on.
