Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.
This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing appeal against conviction where the applicant being aggrieved by the Judgment and Order dated 28/1/2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No. 100 of 2014 thereby convicting the applicant for the offence punishable under Section 306, 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 15 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraph-4 of the application, delay needs to be condoned in the Talwalkar 1/2
