Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned APP, on the instructions of the I.O. who is present, states that till date no C.R. has been registered as against the applicant. It appears that the learned

sjs 6-ABA-554.2015 Additional Sessions Judge for Greater Bombay, vide order dated 4-4-2015, has rejected the anticipatory bail application of the applicant without there being a C.R..

The I.O. to give 72-hours notice to the applicant in the event he intends to register a C.R. as against the applicant. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai for the purpose of inquiry as and when called. The application is accordingly disposed of.
