Writ Petition Nos.3001 of 2021, 6243 of 2021 and 7124 of 2021 are not on Board. By consent taken on Board.
We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Counsel for the Respondent so also the learned AGP. The present Petitions would only be considered to the extent of pay parity.
Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, it appears that the present Petitions are similarly situated at the Writ Petition No.2247 of 2014 decided by this Court at Nagpur Bench and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.92250 of 2020 with connecting Writ Petitions decided under the judgment and 3/4
k 4/4 36 wp 7118.21 as.doc order dated 8th December 2020 at the principal seat. The said judgment has been confirmed by the Apex Court in Special Leave Petition No.8395 of 2021 under its judgment and order dated 23rd March 2022. In view of that and for the reasons recorded in the judgment and order dated 20th November 2019 in Writ Petition No.2247 of 2014 at Nagpur and judgment and order dated 8th December 2020 in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.92250 of 2020 with connected Writ Petitions and confirmed with the Apex Court, the present Writ Petitions also stand disposed of on the same terms and conditions.
The Petitioners be paid wages at the minimum of the pay scale at the lowest grade, in the regular pay scale extent to the regular employees holding the same post with effect from the date of the Petitions. The same shall be complied with preferably within six months. All Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
