The application is for modification of order dated 12th April, 2017 granting bail to the applicant.

The application is disposed of with a direction that the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- and on furnishing one or two sureties in the like Vina k 1/2

sr.9.appa.578.2018 amount i.e. in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court. With this clarification and by maintaining all other conditions of order dated 12th April, 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.464 of 2017, instant application stands disposed of.
