This Application is moved for modification of the order dated 17th June, 2015 passed in Bail Application No. 716 of 2015 in respect of attending the concerned police station on 1st Sunday of every month till conclusion of the trial.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/accused has been attending the police station on 1st Sunday of every month. However, he seeks that this condition be modified. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the condition of attending the concerned police station on 1st Sunday of every month is hereby relaxed. However, the applicant/accused shall not 1 / 2
