Both learned counsel are agreed that the Sole Arbitrator be appointed to adjudicate upon the disputes arising out of the Dealership Agreement dated th January 2018, annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition. 2.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) By consent of the parties, Mr. Bhupesh V. Samant, Advocate, is appointed as Sole Arbitrator in terms of clause 24.2 of the Dealership Agreement.

(ii) The learned Arbitrator is requested to file his disclosure statement at his earliest convenience.

(iii) Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on 15 th February 2021.

(iv) Registry to inform the learned Arbitrator of his appointment.

(v) Learned counsel for the parties shall also do likewise along with the copy of this order.
