P.C. :- This Application has been filed by the Applicant - State seeking to challenge the Judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge - 8 , Thane, dated 31.10.2014 in Sessions Case No.345 of 2013, acquitting the Respondents for an offence under Sections 306, 498-A, 304-B, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. We have heard the learned APP and we have perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. On such perusal, in our opinion, this is a fit case for granting leave.

We, accordingly, allow this Application and grant leave as prayed for. Appeal filed by the State stands admitted. Action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal
