"1. This is a petition filed by the co-operative housing society impugning the order dated 30th March, 2016, pursuant to which an amount payable by respondent No.1 by way of a recovery certificate has been rejected.

2. Since this petition is of the year 2017 and no notice appears to have been issued, however, considering that this is an auxiliary board, list on 16th December, 2022.

3. It is made clear that if none appears for the petitioner on the next date, the petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the court."
