3] Learned APP Mr. Konde-Deshmukh on instructions from Senior Inspector of Police Mr. A. P. Surewad informs that Petitioners are already chargesheeted on 14/11/2018. Petitioners have not questioned the charge-sheet in the Petition, though same was filed after filing of charge-sheet.
