Learned counsel for the Corporation correctly points oust that the Corporation having taken a decision not to collect parking charges at the site, as refected in the Press Note dated 30th March, 2015, there was no obligation to continue to allow the Petitioners to collect parking charges. The order of the Court dated 19th September, 2014 cannot be interpreted in such a manner. No case for contempt is made out. The Contempt Petition is dismissed.
