It appears that against the impugned order dated 25 March 2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, the Petitioner has a remedy of filing Revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Reserving the liberty to file revision, the present petition is disposed of. 2.

The time spent in prosecuting the present petition can be considered at the time of condoning the delay. The Petitioner is entitled to file an application seeking interim relief in the Revision Application.
