Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if Petition No.153 of 2014 is transferred from the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur to the Family Court, Pune. He however, submits that the applicant be directed to file the written statement in the said proceedings immediately. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the written statement in the said Petition No.153 of 2014 would be filed within two weeks from the date of receipt of the papers and proceedings by the Family Court, Pune and a copy thereof shall be served upon the learned advocate for the respondent simultaneously. The statement is accepted.

Hearing of Petition No.153 of 2014 which is transferred to the Family Court, Pune is expedited. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned Family Court, Pune to dispose of the said proceedings expeditiously. 4.

The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Pune on 9th January, 2017.
