Our attention is invited to an order dated 1 December 2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the present writ petition. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner a limited grievance is made by the Petitioner that hearing of Land Acquisition Reference No.41 of 2020 is still pending before the learned District Judge.

We request the learned District Judge to dispose of the said Land Acquisition Reference No.41 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible and not later than six months from the date of communication of this order. The parties shall cooperate with the District Judge for disposal of the said LAR and shall not seek any adjournment.
