This petition is review of the order dated 12th March, 2014 passed on the Civil Revision Application No.467 of 2013. By the order under review, revision application was dismissed on the ground that the suit filed by review petitioner was hit by Section 22 of Maharashtra Slum (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment), Act, 1971. Mr. Sandhyanshiv, the learned advocate appearing for the review petitioner states that after revision application was disposed of, petitioner informed him that in the year 2010, he had made application under Section 22 of Maharashtra Slum (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment), Act, 1971 and that application is yet to be decided by the concerned Authority. This fact was within the

3/3 knowledge of the review petitioner throughout. Hence, no case is made out for review of the order. The review petition is dismissed. (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J.)
