1) Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and also heard learned APP for the State.
2) On earlier date when the matter was heard directions were given to the learned APP to get the medical certificate of the injured, one Rama. This certificate was called as there were allegations against the present applicant that he used an iron rod and assaulted on the back of Rama. Injury certificate is shown today in the Court. It shows that minor injuries i.e. blunt trauma, one on the left hand and second on the head and third on the chest caused by hard and blunt object. Even the said patient Rama absconded from 28th January,2015 i.e. on the date of admission in the hospital and endorsement to that effect is made on the medical certificate shown to the Court. Apparently, there are counter cases between the parties and the present applicant and his sons were also assaulted by the rival party and also there are three more cases between the 1 / 2

ABA doc parties as stated on behalf of the State. The learned Counsel for the applicant stated that he lodged the FIR first in point of time against the complainant party and thereafter FIR was lodged against the present applicant. The present applicant is granted ad-interim relief by this Court vide order dated 23rd April, 2015. Considering the allegations and considering the dispute between the rival parties and allegations against each other, in the opinion of this Court, present application can be allowed. Hence the order:
a) In the event of arrest the applicant shall be released on bail in C.R. No. 40 of 2015 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, District Solapur on executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties for the like amount; b) In the event of arrest and on availing this anticipatory bail, the applicant shall attend concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for the period of six months from the date of this order;
