This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C.') filed by the applicant-wife for transfer of Petition No.A 472 of 2014 filed by the respondent before the Family Court at Mumbai to the Family Court at Nashik. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 23rd June, 2014." Inspite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent. For the reasons stated in the application explaining the

rpa 2/2 mca-90-14.doc difficulty in attending the proceedings at Mumbai by the applicant - wife, the petition No.A 472 of 2014, pending in the Family Court at Mumbai is transferred to the Family Court at Nashik. Application is allowed.

No costs.
