b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in nature thereof to the Respondent No.1-Divisional Joint Registrar, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai that Respondent No.1 shall not pass final order in Application No. 06 of 2014 with Application No. 09 of 2016 till final adjudication of unnumbered Revision pending before Respondent No.7-Ld. State Minister for Co-operation, Mantralaya, Mumbai; c) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in nature thereof to the Respondent No.7-Ld. State Minister for Co-operation, Mantralaya, Mumbai that the Respondent No.7 to lodge unnumbered Revision forthwith, which was filed by the Petitioners on 04.04.2018 and furtherance may be please to direct the Respondent No.7 that to decide Revision dated 04.04.2018 filed by the Petitioners within time bound;

Learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society which disposes of the Misc. Application No. 9 of 2016. 3.

In the circumstances, the Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 1/2
