ORDER:

On 22 June 2018 the following order was passed in the Civil Application:

"1 Heard. This Application is made by the husband for stay of the operation and implementation of the order dated 17.12.2014 passed by the Family Court No.6, Mumbai in Petition No.C-38/11 directing the Applicant to pay sum of Rs.4000/- pm to the Respondent wife towards her maintenance from the date of order.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that she has tried to contact her client, but to no avail. Considering these facts and as the matter is pending since 2015 on ad-interim relief, following order is passed: 1/2

Ad-interim relief granted by this court on 30.09.2015 stands vacated.

The Respondent is permitted to execute the order according to law.

c.

Liberty granted to the Applicant to file an additional affidavit for ad-interim relief, in case the Applicant approaches her.

S.O. by 8 weeks."

It appears that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Application as no submissions have been urged before us by the learned Counsel for the Applicant due to lack of instructions from the Applicant. Hence, the Civil Application is dismissed.
