The Petitioner, husband of the Respondent has challenged by way of present Writ Petition order dated 7th September 2017 passed by learned District Judge-8, Thane in MP No. 52 of 2014, by which the interim maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month has been directed to be paid to the Respondent.

It is admitted position that nothing has been paid to the Respondent. Perusal of the record shows that the impugned order has been passed after taking into consideration all aspects of the matter.

There is no perversity or illegality in the impugned order. It is significant to note that the interim maintenance order was granted on 7th September 2017 and nothing has been paid to the wife till date.

Therefore, this is not a case, which warrants interference by this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
