In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for directions to the Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, to hear and dispose of the application bearing No.Misc./3659/2022 for return of property. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the said application is pending since 2022 and so far even the reply is not filed by the investigating agency.

Misc./3659/2022 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) Learned Magistrate is requested to decide the said application within a period of 8 weeks from today.

(iii) With these observations, the Petition is disposed of.
