The above Civil Application is filed by the Applicant seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-235 of 2016 from the Family Court at Bandra Mumbai to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg at Oros. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent on instructions, states that he has no objection if the above Civil Application is allowed. In view thereof, the Marriage Petition No.A-235 of 2016 pending before the Family Court Bandra, shall stand transferred from the Family Court at Bandra to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg at Oros.
