On hearing the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition at this stage to avoid further delay in the matter, directing Respondent No.2 to decide the representation made by the Petitioner dated 12 May 2015, having foundation of an order passed by the Division Bench of Allahabad High Court dated 27 September 2010 (Udai Bhanu Upadhyaya Vs. Central Bank of India) which is stated to be confirmed by the Apex Court, as early as possible, preferably within six weeks, in accordance with law.

In view of the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
