The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the DRT to consider and decide the Misc. Application dated 15/12/2020 filed in TSA No. 43/2015. This Misc. Application is filed seeking return of original documents of the Petitioner. 2.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Registrar of the DRT, Pune, on instructions, has stated that the Misc. Application has not been decided because till the date the Office OCTOBER 16, 2023 Yugandhara Patil

13-WP-10517-2023.doc objections on the said Misc. Application have not been removed by the Petitioner. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has stated that he will remove the office objections within a period of 3 weeks from today.

We therefore dispose of this Writ Petition by requesting the DRT, Pune to hear the Misc. Application filed by the Petitioner [for return of his original documents] within a period of 4 weeks of the office objections being removed by the Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
