The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.I 11/2019 dated 19th July 2019 registered at Dindori Police Station, Dist. Nashik under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Today, the learned APP, on instructions, and on the basis of the report sent to the Public Prosecutor' s office by the Manjusha

In view of this statement, learned Counsel for the applicants does not press this application.

In view of this, the application is disposed of as not pressed by the applicants.

However, it is clarified that if in future, in connection with the same offence, the Investigating Agency thinks it fit to arrest the applicants for any reason whatsoever, the Investigating Agency shall give 72 hours clear working days' notice to the applicants to enable them to approach the appropriate Court for proper remedy. With these observations, the application is disposed of.
