This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the sole appellant, since deceased, on record after condoning delay of 23 day caused in filing the application. The sole appellant died on 26.12.2013 leaving behind applicants no.1(a) to 1(i).

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning delay of 23 days.

2/2 CAS/697/2014 Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
