Heard learned counsel Mr. Prakash Naik for the applicant, the learned counsel Mr. Suresh Kumar for respondent no. 1 and the learned A.P.P. Mr. Rajesh More for the State.

The applicant is facing trial for the offence punishable under the Income tax Act before the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate's 47th Court at Esplanade, Mumbai. He has filed an application under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of the proceedings. The stay application is pending vide Criminal Application (APL) no. 614/2011. There is stay of proceedings before the trial Court. nsk page 1 of 2

The applicant is working in an architect firm and he is required to travel abroad for various purposes during the period between 12th May 2015 to 16th February, 2016. 4.

The applicant is a permanent resident of Mumbai and he has permanent business in Mumbai. In view thereof, I am inclined to give him permission to go abroad. 5.

The applicant is permitted to travel abroad from 12th May 2015 to 16th February, 2016.

The application stands disposed of.
