Under the said order the impugned order dated 20 October 2016 gets corrected and modified. The said corrected copy of the order is taken on record and marked 'X'. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Petition for resorting to appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.
