After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. According, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the ultimate sentence that can be imposed in the present case and having regard to the age of the victim, the trial of the Applicant is expedited.
