1] Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

2] As per order passed by this Court on 8th January, 2018, appeal was allowed to be withdrawn and the Registry was directed to verify the details and allow the amount of Rs.2,70,000/- along with interest, if any, to be withdrawn by the person, who has deposited the same.

3] A copy of cheque bearing No.144052 dated 3.3.2017 produced on record goes to show that an amount of Rs.2,60,000/- was 1/2

929 CAA 269 OF 2018.odt deposited by Nagsena Vidyalaya, Bangalore. In view thereof, Nagsena Vidyalaya, Bangalore, will be entitled to withdraw the said amount. 4] As regards another cheque of Rs.10,000/-, the said amount was deposited by B.K. Barve and Co., who was representing the present petitioner, and hence he will be entitled to get the said amount to be withdrawn.

5] Accordingly the Registry is directed to issue cheque of the amount of Rs.2,60,000/-(including interest amount thereon) to Nagsena Vidyalaya, Bangalore; whereas cheque of Rs.10,000/- (including interest amount thereon), in the name of B.K. Barve and Company.
