The learned APP has tendered across the bar a report dated 13th July 2016 submitted by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Khalapur Sub Division, Khalapur, District Raigad addressed to her. It records that after completing investigation of the FIR subject matter of this application, a report is kept ready for claiming grant of `B' Summary. The report dated 13th July 2016 is taken on record and marked `X-1' for identification.

We direct the Investigating Officer to file a report claiming `B' Summary before the appropriate Court within a period of two weeks from today. The learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate order thereon in accordance with law.

apl421 In the event, the report is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, it will be open for the applicants to file a fresh application/petition in this Court for seeking the same reliefs which are claimed in this application.

Subject to what is observed above, application is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
